Roshni Panchal, MD

General Adult Psychiatrist

Dr. Panchal’s Approach

When you’re struggling, all you really want to know is how to make it stop. Every day takes all of your energy: you’re tired because you can’t sleep, you can’t seem to calm down, you’re emotional and over-respond to things. You know you’re doing it but don’t know how to stop. While it’s hard for those around you, what they don’t realize is you’re suffering too. You want to not feel this way every day but you’re not quite sure what it will take to make that happen.

While this experience may be what you know, it is possible to live your life without so much emotional turmoil. People every day are able to really enjoy things, interact happily with others, and be fully present in the moment. Life doesn’t have to take this much energy.

Whether you need therapy, medication, or both, I can help. My goal is that when you enter my office you feel treated as a whole person, listened to, and hopeful. We work together to find the roots of the problem and move on. It would be my honor to help.

Education and Certification

Dr Panchal completed her General Psychiatry Residency Training from Delaware Psychiatry Residency Program.
