Linda Chuang, M.D.

Dr. Chuang’s Experience

Dr. Chuang has significant experience in general adult psychiatry and psychotherapy with expertise in women’s mental health and in treating emotional stress in those with medical conditions. She provides consultations and evaluations in addition to treatment through individualized psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, or a combination of both. She is specialized in the treatment of women at all stages of the reproductive cycle experiencing mood and anxiety symptoms, including premenstrual dysphoria (PMDD), pregnancy and postpartum symptomatology, as well as menopause-related illness. She aims to provide the highest level of evidence based care while helping patients achieve a greater satisfaction in their lives.

Dr. Linda Chuang received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York City. She completed her internal medicine and psychiatry residency at the New York University Medical Center where she was Chief Resident.

After completing his medical school, Dr Gajera achieved a Master of Public Health degree from Arcadia University. He completed his adult psychiatry residency training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia in which he served as Chief Resident and was also awarded the prestigious national Distinguished Laughlin Fellow Merit Award for professional achievement and scholarship. He completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the Mount Sinai Health system – St Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in Manhattan where he also served as Chief Fellow.

Michael J. Magera, M.D.

Dr. Magera’s interdisciplinary background in the social and biological sciences complements his holistic approach to patient care.
